We stopped at a rest area so we could stretch our legs & Amilia decided to take her shoes off and run around.

Now we could not leave MN without Going to see Nana!

Mari just happen to be up visiting Nana for the weekend.

So we picked the girls up along with Uncle John for Lunch before we hit the road back home.

Cousins a week apart... meeting for the 1st time

On our way home we got a chance to stop in and spend some time with Marie’s son Eric, his wife Chris and their little girl Nichole… who is a week younger then Amilia.

It was really cute to see the girls play together.

What A Good Little Traveler!

We got packed up Thursday afternoon and hit the road for a long trip.

Nick & I had driven to MN every summer for the last 3years prior to 2008 because we had Amilia; the fastest that we ever made it in running time was 24hrs. Now we know that it might take a little bit longer with having a baby with us. But we were going to try it, so we could be there for the Wake on Friday night.

Amilia was great and we could not ask for anything better. We made it there in 28hrs

We were so blessed with a safe trip & a happy baby!
